Volvo V40
Highlighted by many field experts as the safest car of 2012, the Volvo franchise is synonymous with safety thanks to its willingness to go the extra mile. It recorded the highest NCAP score of any car to take the test and includes an innovative under-bonnet airbag to protect pedestrians. The car scored 98% in the adult protection criteria of the test thanks to this innovative design and strong structure. Like the previous model, the Audi A6 has managed to achieve success at flaunting its attractive exterior as well as blending a whole host of innovative and special features that radiate maximum security and safety. In the crash tests, the car scored the highest points in the front, side, rear-end and roll-over areas. As one of the most popular car brands, Honda continues to improve its impressive safety record and this particular model showcases it with extreme efficiency. The car scores well in the NCAP tests with a 94% figure for the adult occupant thanks to its optimal protection and stiffness during the tests. The system was also commended for its safety instructions that inform the driver of the many safety advantages that the car operates.
